DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla., Oct. 8, 2015 - The South Florida Business Aviation Association (SFBAA) is collecting donations for the victims of Hurricane Joaquin.

“Both supplies and monetary donations are needed for our neighbors in the Bahamas that have been impacted by Hurricane Joaquin,” said Jeff Ramsden, SFBAA president. “It is important to the SFBAA that we do our part to help our friends at Tropic Ocean Airways in their hurricane relief efforts.”

Tropic Ocean Airways has been bringing relief items to the affected islands as soon as it was safe to fly there. To date, they have helped bring more than 30,000 pounds of supplies to the area.

For a complete list of items needed, instructions on how to donate and coverage of current relief efforts, visit Tropic Ocean’s relief page at info.flytropic.com/relief.
