SFBAA First Aid Day
World Health Day is approaching, and AIRCARE International will be sponsoring a professional development class in conjunction with the SFBAA for aviation professionals interested in becoming CPR, First Aid, AED, and BBP certified. This event will take place on April 26th, 2018, at the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport-Banyan (FXE). Lunch will also be served during the break, around noon.
The event will be divided into two in-flight medical (IFM) training occurring in the morning and afternoon. Each IFM training can only have up to 15 individuals.
In addition, AIRCARE will hold four (4) 2-hour mini training sessions on land and water evacuations using full motion cabin simulator; and smoke and fire practical drills using a fire pan and extinguishers. Each session can accommodate up to 12 people.
Morning and afternoon in-flight Medical Training (4 hours each)

Session 2: 1300-1645
Mini Sessions-Land and Water Evacuations+ Live Fire Practice (2 hours each)

This will be a fun way to get together with industry professionals while learning a potentially lifesaving skill. AIRCARE and SFBAA are looking forward to seeing our industry friends at the event!
We ask that all attendees RSVP so the host can bring enough supplies for the whole group. Each training session has a limited amount of spots so we will fill them on a first come, first serve basis. Lunch will be provided by SilverLining Inflight Catering. Please register via the SFBAA website here or send an email to Kenny Mazingo.
