The SFBAA, TBAA, and FABA have come together to create a Hurricane Relief Fund. The purpose of this fund is to raise money to cover the flight expenses to bring much needed supplies to those areas affected hardest by Hurricane Irma. We currently have several volunteers willing to donate their aircraft and pilot services, but we are looking for more. Since this will be a state-wide effort, we are looking for volunteer aircraft/pilots in all areas of Florida. We are also working with several other groups that have warehouses of supplies waiting to be flown to relief areas, but can use additional assistance. If you are an FBO and would like to start/continue collecting relief supplies, we will work on getting an aircraft to your facility to pick up these supplies. The SFBAA is kicking off the fund by donating the first $2000.00!
All contributions to the Hurricane Relief Fund are 100% tax deductible and all funds raised through this campaign will go towards our hurricane relief efforts. To donate you can fill out the form below or you can mail a check to:
